Gentle Chair Yoga is a friendly and inclusive classes that aid mobility and flexibility in your joints, lower back and muscles and are expertly taught by an experienced yoga teacher, Nazama Tague.
Ideal if you’re feeling stiff, recovering or living with a chronic illness, or simply want to gently move and relax. You’re in charge and you take it to whatever level that suits your body.
What is Gentle Chair Yoga?
A slower-paced, mindful and lighter yoga, with easy-to-follow postures and gentle breathing to move your whole body, spine and joints.
Designed to also manage lower-back health, you’ll become more agile as you gradually stretch and increase strength.
Classes wrap-up with a short but soothing deep-relaxation.
