Shakespeare in the Barn: A Midsummer Night’s Dream

We are delighted to welcome The Festival Players back to Winterbourne Medieval Barn as they perform one of Shakespeare’s most popular plays; A Midsummer Night’s Dream. 
The Festival Players Theatre Company is a professional theatre company in their 36th year of touring, delivering the best in open-air Shakespeare, committed to presenting the very best in touring theatre.
Shakespeare’s wonderful fantasy comedy has always been a firm favourite for summer production. As in the Bard’s day, Festival Players International will be performing with an all-male company of skilled professional actors, and invite you to share in the colour, poetry, and magical mayhem of this unique and amazing play. A Summer treat for the whole family.

Please note car parking for this event is at Winterbourne Academy off the High Street, BS36 1JL. From there it is a 10 – 15 minute walk down Church Lane. Car parking will be available at the Barn for those with mobility issues only. If you cannot manage the walk down to the Barn, please email us on contact@winterbournebarn.org.uk  and we can reserve you a parking space onsite. There is plenty of bicycle parking at the Barn for those arriving on two wheels.
