Talk: Climate Panel

Date: 5th October 2021

Time: 7pm

Location: The Barn

Why should we take climate action now?

Climate change is no longer a distant threat, and the world’s scientists are telling us to act now to preserve our future. In this panel discussion, we will hear from a panel of speakers about why and how they have taken climate action.

Dr Laura Fogg-Rogers will discuss the scientific case for change, and the everyday actions we can take.
Reverend Sue Parfitt will tell her story of non-violent direct action to push policymakers for change.

Come along to discuss what we can do in the Frome Valley. Tickets are free but please reserve a place. Donations on the door.
