We welcome Ian Redfearn back to guide us through the aromas and flavours of a range of summery white, rosé and red wines from the sun-kissed vineyards of South Africa in this informative but fun workshop.
With 25 years experience in the wine trade, Ian makes the ideal host for the evening. He will give some background information on each wine’s individual appearance, aroma and flavour, and he will welcome questions and comments. Guaranteed to be a merry evening!
