Vinyasa Flow Yoga on Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm

Alice’s classes are suitable for all abilities and focus on movement with the breath to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and clarity. As she guides you through different sequences, Alice promotes building a mind and body connection to help us feel more present and connected to ourselves. Various poses (asanas) are offered to enable all abilities to practice safely.
