Natural Inspired Living Workshops

Date: 22nd April 2023
Time: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Location: Cart Shed

Deepening your connection to Nature and changing seasons with spiritual and practical activities.

Living our life in sync with the rhythms of Nature can help us create our own personal rhythm to live  our lives in a harmonious flow.

Working around the annual cycle of the Wheel, we will dedicate time to honour ourselves as centre in the natural energy of the seasons. Together we will explore the myriad of uses of Mother Nature’s gifts, and ways of understanding and appreciating the affects of the changing seasons on ourselves, our outlook and our habits.

By connecting to the rhythm of Nature, we connect deeply with our own body and mind in ways that are nurturing, grounding and understanding.
