If you would like to give your mind, body and spirit a much needed rest, come along to the spring mindfulness meditation retreats at Winterbourne Barn.
The emphasis will be on bringing compassion, care and kindness into our lives, and we will explore lots of meditations as well as mindfulness techniques as a way of supporting ourselves in this area, in particular looking at some of the more traditional forms.
Journals will be provided so you can free write or draw in between each of the meditations. In addition to this, we will eat great food, and share in one another's company all in a beautiful and peaceful setting. At the end of the retreat you will leave with a meditation gift bag along with lots of ideas for bringing the techniques into your everyday life.
Some experience of meditation will be required prior to attending.
